It works alright, but like I said, the back coverage is a bit limited. I was hoping it would hit my lower back better, but it kind of misses that area more than I expected. Like I said, it’s not bad, just not quite what I needed

I found what I needed without much trouble. It was simple, simple enough to get through without getting frustrated.

The chair itself is okay, but the remote is... frustrating. The buttons aren’t very clear, and sometimes I have to press them twice before anything happens. There aren’t really good labels either, so I’m still guessing half the time. For the price, I expected it to be a lot easier to use. It’s not awful, just annoying when you’re dealing with it every day.

I figured the heat would be decent but not crazy hot, and that’s pretty much exactly what it is. It warms up quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise, and it’s enough to help my back relax after work. I wouldn’t say it gets super hot, but I didn’t really expect it to, so I’m fine with that. My only complaint is I wish it stayed warm a little longer. Overall, I’m happy with it and it does what I bought it for, just not perfectly

I bought this hoping it would help with my neck and shoulder pain, but it felt kind of rough and awkward to use. The heat was weaker than I expected too. I tried it a few times and even reached out for help because I was hoping for a quicker response or some guidance, but overall it just wasn’t worth it for me. It’s been sitting in the closet since.

I was hoping to use financing, but it didn’t end up working out for me. The whole thing felt a little limiting since there weren’t many other payment options to choose from. Overall, I probably wouldn’t go this route again unless they add more flexible ways to pay

It was fine overall, but things felt a bit slow. I’m not totally sure if it was just a busy time or what, but it wasn’t the quickest experience.

I tried to order a chair and the whole process was a mess. The site kept freezing, my coupon wouldn’t apply, and after I finally gave up and paid anyway, the confirmation email took forever to show up. Customer service just sent one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which made it more irritating. Not a great experience.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the setup instructions were kinda unclear. I had to reread the steps a few times before I could figure out what I was supposed to do.

I got this put together in about an hour, and overall it was straightforward. There was one part in the instructions that could’ve been explained a little better, so my advice would be to lay everything out first and take your time with that step. Nothing too frustrating though, and once it was done I was happy with it.

I was hoping Welaxhome would have more features and options, but it felt basic right away. I kept clicking around thinking maybe I was missing something, but my first instinct was right, there just wasn’t much there. For what I needed, the variety wasn’t enough, and I ended up leaving frustrated. It might be fine if you only want something simple, but for me it felt like a waste of time.

I tried it out , but the zero gravity setting just doesn’t feel like it works the way it should . Disappointing .

I’m still waiting on my order, and the tracking has barely updated at all. What makes it more frustrating is that the shipping terms seemed to change after I placed the order, so now I’m just stuck guessing when it’s actually going to show up.

Foot massage felt okay overall, just wished the pressure stayed stronger. It got weak at times

I ordered this from Welaxhome hoping it would be super comfortable, but it just didn’t work for me. It feels much firmer than I expected and kind of awkward to sit on. After using it for a little while, my back actually started hurting, which was really disappointing. Personally, I wish I had gone with something else

I bought this mainly because I was curious about the air compression feature and hoped it would be something I could use after long days when my legs felt tired. The first time I set it up, everything was simple, and shipping was nothing unusual, so I was off to a good start. Most days, it does the job fine, but I’ve noticed the pressure isn’t always as smooth as I expected. Sometimes one side feels noticeably tighter than the other, so I end up pausing and adjusting it more than I’d like. It’s not a bad product by any means, and I still use it, but I was hoping the compression would feel a bit more even and comfortable overall.

My chair had a minor issue, which was a little disappointing, but the warranty team got back to me really quickly and sent out the part I needed. The whole process was simple and stress-free, so I’m happy with how they handled it.

I thought this was going to take longer to arrive, but it showed up quickly. I can’t remember if it came on Tuesday or maybe Wednesday, but either way it was earlier than I was expecting.

I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. It wasn’t terrible or anything, like it worked fine enough, but the quality felt average. At first I thought maybe I was being too picky, but the more I looked at it, the more it just didn’t feel like good value. Maybe it’s okay for someone else, but yeah, I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

I got the Welaxhome device and figured the app might be a hassle, but it connected well. It took me about two tries on Wi-Fi, and I assumed something was wrong at first, but once it linked up it stayed connected with no issues. The controls are simple, and being able to adjust it from the couch is really convenient. I’m giving it 4 stars because the first setup screen had me a little confused, but overall it works good.
